- Avoid applying pressure to the treated areas for the next 24 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for the next 24 hours. Light activities such as relaxing stretching are fine.
- Avoid drinking alcohol for the next 24 hours.
- Avoid severe temperature changes and external heat for the next 48 hours to minimize the risk of infection (e.g. don't go to the sauna).

- Avoid taking positions where you look down for a long time for the next 24 hours (e.g. don't practice yoga).
- Avoid facials, intensive peelings and sunbathing for the next 48 hours.
